Once payment has been received, garments without decoration are dispatched between 1 - 3 working days depending on what garment you order, contact us for specific details on dispatch times.
If you want your garments decorated this usually adds approximately 5 - 7 working days to the delivery process, depending on our back log of work. In some cases if our printing or embroidery team have a large back log of work this can take 7 - 14 working days but this is rarely the case and we will contact you at the time of ordering if we are aware of any delays in our production process. We also keep you posted on the progress of your order so you don't have to think about it until you are opening the box. Even though we have a tight relationship with our freight carriers, no responsibility is taken for delays due to freight carriers.
